The 2nd storm front is on it's way in now. We weren't hit too bad yesterday & I found out we indeed have had smallish tornados along the coast I thought they never happened in these parts.

The lower bldg back door is open. Two girls haven't been out for going on two days. Extra hay is down there & water too.
Rimmy's crib gets cleaned daily she is about a week overdue.

Be safe out there Nancy.  Have you been lucky enough to not have any damages from such high winds?  Batten down the hatches...it's gonna get a little breezy.

Full moon tomorrow, she's probably wait for that and the storm to hit full force to kid.

Stay safe!

It hasn't been bad at all here so far.
Dragon I hope you are right! She needs to let those babies loose. I think I felt a pair of hooves way down in the basement. And she's big enough for quads. Roll Eyes

 Angry No babies yet.
We ran out of hay the other day so I didn't top off her hay bag after the rest got their fare share. We did get more & she very sweetly asked me to top it off.

As I got near the barn to check I heard pawing! When I got in there she was just standing there, some ding dong was pawing the wall outside her stall.  Roll Eyes

Well, they gotta come out of there sooner or later.  Probably when you least expect it.

She kidded the other day sometime during the night. Three expired babies all covered in straw. Sad

I have no clue what happened.
Good size, full term, out of sack. Just a bit of meconium on one They were not complexly dry but it was hard to tell; still a little damp but it was not cold in her stall & no drafts.
It was interesting that they were all mostly buried in straw; she had to have known they were expired on arrival,  I'm guessing they were born that way.
