One or the other LGDs keeps yanking a pin out of one of the hay racks. Today I couldnt find it, then discovered a little hole on the remaining one.
Found an old spool of soldering wire, one of those nifty leftovers from former owners that never got thrown out, maybe from the 50s it had  that classic farm green color on the top of the spool.
Perfect size, nice & soft.
Eat that ya goofy dog!
