This thread is so unfair to those of us who do not have access to fresh milk at this time so I think it should be fair that Backofbeyond should have to send us all a sample or two or three.

I was thinking the same with fresh fruit, soft cheese only lasts a week maybe 2, instead of putting chillies, garlic and fresh herbs in, I was thinking along the lines of fresh fruit, and the fruit me thinking would go off the same time as the cheese, if its slightly acidic fruit as well... dunno I shall try it this eve I now have 1 1/2 gallons of milk to use for cheese and we fancy fruit.
